1 lb lean ground turkey
1 small red pepper, diced
3-4 green onions, diced
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
1/2 tsp pepper
A dash of salt
A dash of white pepper
1/3 fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Mix all ingredients in bowl except cheese. Form into burgers. Cook on George Foreman grill for 3-4 min. After cooked, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Top with lettuce tomatoe and avocado!!!
