Why Do I Work Out???

* I have so much energy afterwards.
* It makes me feel good.
* It's good for the soul.
* I sleep a whole lot better.
* It controls my weight.
* I get some sexy toned legs & calves.
* It helps with aging & Im scared to get old.
* It boosts my immune system.
* It's a great stress reliever.

* I LOVE It!!!
